Meditation Music Monday’s has official begun, (MMM)
This whole track is made in 432hz & is great to meditate to or work to.
It starts off a little uneasy and then gets into an organic rhythm, the whole track is played all the way through, with no loops, & no metronome.
In making this piece I tried to meditate or focus my mind beforehand but I couldn’t. My mind was racing and running all over the place, thoughts going here and there, and I realized, I just need to make the track, because in creating the music I meditate and calm down. All through my life it has been the same. I would be stressed out or anxious & I would go to the music and it would sooth me and take me to another place.
I believe this track can do the same, just listen to it and let it take you to your space. You don’t have to be meditating if that’s not your thing, I don’t meditate too often in the traditional sense, but I do chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo in my practice of Buddhism each day, which is a form of active meditation.
This music is meant to help you focus, gain clarity, and take you to a higher vibration space.

Terms: You are free to use this however you please, feel free to sample it if you’re a producer, or to use it in films or creative works. If you decide to monetize we will split the royalties 50/50.
Enjoy & thanks for tuning in!!
This art I made while listening to the track & finding the most appropriate visual aid. It is the traditional Best MP Lotus background with a few shapes & light language symbols. Also included is this light language phone wallpaper!

Mind can be a good servant but also a terrible master. Great reminder to step out of racing thoughts and commit to action
